
分子聚集體的結(jié)構(gòu)對有機(jī)太陽能電池(OSCs)電荷傳輸和光電性能至關(guān)重要。在這篇文章中,中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)黃輝、張昕,上海交通大學(xué)劉烽等人通過鹵素轉(zhuǎn)位策略**調(diào)控了非稠環(huán)電子受體(NFREAs)的分子間相互作用和聚集結(jié)構(gòu),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了從2D層狀結(jié)構(gòu)到3D互穿網(wǎng)絡(luò)聚集態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的顯著轉(zhuǎn)變。基于3D電子傳輸路徑,二元和三元器件的功率轉(zhuǎn)換效率(PCEs)分別達(dá)到了17.46%和18.24%。
